This might not sound true, because at first I also doubted Alma. Her enthusiasm, empathy and proactiveness made me wonder if she is for real. I have lived in 4 continents over the last 14 years and rented apartments every year. I connected with Alma virtually when I was relocating from New York to Toronto in 2018 with a 2 month old baby. She made sure she understood my requirements and helped me secure an excellent deal without me seeing the apartment (which is what I needed as I could not travel to Toronto at that point due to immigration issues).
