My wife and I recently decided to move to downtown Toronto. We knew what we wanted but didn't know where to start. Alma took us to see a variety of spaces that fit our needs, lifestyle and budget. She went above and beyond; helping us with moving details, giving helpful tips and reminders as well as running around picking up and dropping off paper work. Alma is an amazing resource. This might not sound true, because at first I also doubted Alma. Her enthusiasm, empathy and proactiveness made me wonder if she is for real. I have lived in 4 continents over the last 14 years and rented apartments every year. I connected with Alma virtually when I was relocating from New York to Toronto in 2018 with a 2 month old baby. She made sure she understood my requirements and helped me secure an excellent deal without me seeing the apartment (which is what I needed as I could not travel to Toronto at that point due to immigration issues). She pointed out the pros and cons of each apartment. She made sure I could get in on day 1 and provided appropriate workarounds. Fast forward, one year later I decided to buy my own place. The only person came to mind was Alma. Buying is a big decision but she made it seamless. I am in a beautiful condo thanks to her. I don’t think I can say this for anyone else I have worked with globally - Alma understands people, she will not let you down.

After working with Alma to lease a condo in 2014, in 2019 my partner and I were preparing to purchase our first home and there was no question that we would use Alma’s services again. She is tenacious, knowledgeable and focused on meeting her clients’ needs. She helped us navigate a difficult sale with humour and grace.
